Bi-directional transformation is the idea of transforming a mindset in one geographic area while simultaneously doing the same in another by means of the same methods. This happens when various communities whether local, or international, are working together for a common cause that is different from the ways in which they have functioned in the past. This can be greatly intensified when there is a knowledge of the effects of bi-directional transformation, and when there is a focus on both sides for great change and newness.
